Our Process

Initial Consult

We’ll meet, take the time to get to know you, so that we can gain an understanding of your needs, goals and overall vision. During this meeting we’ll let you know what you can expect during the design/build process and we’ll discuss a budget range and timeline for your home build.

Before Construction

Prior to construction, we’ll work together with our team to determine the design, features and layout of your home, and we’ll begin the permit applications as needed. We’ll design a home that encompasses your family’s goals, needs and dreams and that fits your lifestyle and budget.

Construction

During the home building process, you will have access to every detail about your home build via our online portal. This will streamline our communication and help us to make decisions efficiently. We’ll work hard to meet your expectations, budget and address any concerns you may have. Utmost care and attention will be taken at each step of the building process.

Completion

We’ll sit down together to discuss the completion of your home build, and what you can expect from us moving forward. During and after building, we create valued and lasting relationships with our clients.
